Being in the Tampa Research Group for Core Health in 2005 inspired me to continue experiencing and utilizing this amazing process. Additionally, I participated in Heart Forgiveness and Training, the Unceasing Meditation/ Prayer Silent Re~Treat, and certification as a Core Health Facilitator. This has created major improvements in my physical health and my enjoyment of Life.
