I am a stay at home mom. My husband and I have five children ranging from the ages of 19-2 years.  Core Health changed my life.  Although being a religious and spiritual person, something was missing.  I ventured through all 12 levels of Core Health, then the Silent Re~Treat, and Heart Forgiveness.  The most amazing transformations happened to me.  Although life continues to issue challenges, I am much better equipped to overcome those challenges.
