I have been teaching all my life. As a Core Health Facilitator, I now “guide” instead of “teach.” The Core Health process embodies letting go of unhealthy life lessons and rediscovering one’s innate core of psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual health. As I continue to learn about energy and its enormous potential for health and happiness, I plan to put my skills as an educator into the facilitation process. I am certified as a Core Health Facilitator, with additional training in Psych-K, Energy Psychology and EFT, and as a Universal Life ordained minister. I am available for individual, group and distant sessions, and I love this work!
